Q4 2022 CSR Update — For You Madam II, Tree-Planting Drive & Environment Day
The fourth quarter of 2022 brought the return of one of our most well-received community initiatives: the second edition of the For You Madam women's empowerment programme in Ras Ghareb. Alongside, the company contributed to a national tree-planting drive across the city's schools, sponsored International Environmental Day with the Red Sea National Women's Council, and continued the employee-led tradition of an Eid meat distribution to families in need — this time at more than three times the previous year's volume.
"For You, Madam II" — Women's Empowerment Programme
Building on the strong reception of the inaugural August 2021 edition, the company convened the second cohort of the For You Madam programme in September 2022. Twenty women from Ras Ghareb participated in a curriculum spanning health awareness, cultural and psychological awareness, and practical handmade-crafts training. The programme is designed to expand each participant's capacity to act independently — economically, socially and personally — and ends with a public showcase of the crafts produced during the course.

Planting of Fruitful Trees Campaign
In August 2022, Ras Ghareb Wind Energy joined the national Planting of Fruitful Trees campaign by planting approximately 600 mulberry trees across schools in Ras Ghareb. The mulberry was selected for its tolerance of the local climate, its capacity to provide shade for school playgrounds, and the value of its fruit for the school community.
Sponsorship of International Environmental Day
On 28 July 2022, the company sponsored the International Environmental Day celebrations in Ras Ghareb in partnership with the Red Sea branch of the National Women's Council and the city's Social and Administration Affairs office. The day featured a community cycling event along the Corniche and a programme of public awareness sessions on environmental stewardship.

Eid Charity — Expanded Meat Distribution
In July 2022 the company's employees again organised an Eid food distribution for families in need across Ras Ghareb, this time scaled up significantly: more than 255 kilograms of fresh meat were prepared and distributed in food packages. As in previous editions, recipient families were prioritised in coordination with the city's charity offices and active social workers.
