As our work environment is very challenging, the management of RGWE
decided to take off-road its team, together with Lahmayer’s Owner’s
Engineer team. This team building event was intended to recharge our
energy as required to pursue the journey to deliver one of the most
important projects to Egypt.
The main theme of the event was “Own the Future” as the company is
working on a major project that contributes to the main pillars of
renewable energy in Egypt.
The main objective of the meeting is to enhance and develop team work
and spirit, better communication and align all team members to the
general direction of the company.
